What is an online wellness community?

People continue to tell us they want more out of their wellness program. Specifically, participants want to feel a sense of belonging and be supported by others who are achieving similar goals. Individuals also want the opportunity to celebrate successes. Our wellness community provides all of these components.

What can I do as a member of the online community?

First, set long-term wellness goals for yourself and track your progress. If you choose, you can see where you stand among your peers. Next, join a community based on your wellness goals and be on one of hundreds of teams. Finally, when your meet your goals, you can celebrate your success with your team members.

What kind of goals can I set?

You can set goals for several different areas: physical activity, muscular strength, flexibility, diet and nutrition, character strengths, and more.
